He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leo and Betty May Maloney (Opfer); and his son Derek Maloney. He is survived by: his wife Sandee; his son Travis of Westminster, CO; and his brother Mike (Mary Maloney) of El Dorado, KS. He is also survived by three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Veterans Administration Voluntary Service (RJDVAMC VAVS).
