He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phillip, Opal Sinnes, Donald and Margaret Hyle; and his aunts, Shannon Hyle, Del Sinnes and Deborah Sinnes.
He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Hyle and Debra Hyle; his wife Erin Carpenter; his stepdaughter Emma; his siblings, Jeremy Hyle (Lindsay), Joni Hyle and Jamie Bustos (Michael); his nieces, Kayla Hyle, Karsyn Hyle and Landree Bustos; his nephew Dallas Bustos; his parents-in-law, Joanna Carpenter and Kevin Pruitt; and his cousins, David, Barbara Hyle, Shari Hyle, Pamela Hyle, Derek Sinnes, Donald Sinnes, Doug, Chris Sinnes, Ann Sinnes, Tony and Diane Malcom. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
