She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Trybom and Anna Trybom (McCollum); her husband Gene Lahodny; and her siblings, Carl, Marvin, Edward, Emil, Marie Roberts, Martha Walters, Gladys Simoneau and June Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kahrs (Cindy) of Clay Center, Kansas and Arlene Haden of Nickerson, Kansas; her sister Betty Beydler of Spokane, Washington; and her sister-in-law Jan Trybom. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home (1322 19th St, Belleville, KS 66935). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Brantfort Covenant Church Cemetery (242 8th Rd, Clifton, KS 66937).
