In the sacred silence of farewell, Jay is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leroy and Ila Louise Lewis (Beaushaw); and his siblings, Lynn and Larry. He is survived by: his nephew Barry Lewis (Amy); his nephew Daryl Lewis of Ankeny, Iowa; his sister-in-law Beth Lewis of York, NE; and also Riley of Waco, NE. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Belleville High Banks Hall of Fame Museum and may be left at the funeral home. MEMORIALS ARE SUGGESTED TO THE BELLEVILLE HIGH BANKS HALL OF FAME MUSEUM AND MAY BE LEFT AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
