She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peters and Clara Peters (Auer); her husband Don; her son Ronald Hewitt; her siblings, John D. Peters (Charlotte), Mary Sellers, Paul Peters, Josephine Gengler (Noel) and Max Peters; her brothers-in-law, Jim Hunter, Larry Hewitt and Robert Hewitt; and her great grandchild Alyssa Urban.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lea Hewitt, Renee Lyn Hewitt-Soden (Garrett Soden) and Ryan Neil Hewitt; her grandchildren, Erin Urban (Jeremy), Amanda Maish, Westin Mash, Lakin Soden and McKason Soden; her great grandchildren, Sean Urban and Natalie Urban; her siblings, Richard Peters (Glenda), Roberta Gengler and Rita Hunter; and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Hughes, Charlene Hewitt and Connie Hewitt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
