He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Magette and Delores Magette (Palen). He is survived by: his children, Chasity Richards (Cody), Tera Lang (Eric) and Austin Magette; his siblings, Deb Hyman (Bruce), Darnell Winkel (Bill), Darin Magette (Carrie) and Dale Magette (Tara); his grandchildren, Wesley Smith, Cailea, Carsen Shadduck, Amelia, Oakley Hager, Diem and Ilah Lang; his stepgrandson Landen Richards; and his great grandchild Roman Smith.
Memorials may be given to Tipton Memorial Trust Fund or Post Rock Humane Society.
