Doris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Doris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Doris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel James and Orville James; her husband Jacob John Kindscher III; her siblings, Ila and Gerald; and her son Joe.
She is survived by: her sister Maxine; and her children, Jacob John Kindscher IV of New Orleans, Ann Kindscher Innis of Santa Fe and James Kindscher of Kansas City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roberts Family Funeral Home (910 N Campbell Ave, Beloit, KS 67420).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations to honor Doris' memory should be given to Zion Lutheran Church.
