He is survived by: his daughters, Deb Scofield (Brian) of Mission, Cathy Wallace of McAllen and Sue Bouley (Gary) of Clifton, Kansas; his sister Shirley Boucek of Beloit; his nephew Troy Boucek of Beloit; his grandchildren, Brittney Bouley of McAllen and Brady Bouley of Sabetha, Kansas.; and his caregiver Marsha Verhage of Beloit.
