He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bergmann and Betty Bergmann (Murray); his parents-in-law, Gerald and Sandra "Sandy" Miller; his sister Patricia Waltman; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Bergmann, Eileen Bergmann and Nancy Bergmann; his niece Elizabeth "Lizzy" Cropek; and his nephew William "Billy Jo" Wysocki.

He is survived by: his wife Madonna Bergmann (Miller) of Simpson; his daughters, Jessica Newell (Mark) of Olathe, Tina Carr (Jason) of Beloit, Billie Jean Graham (Bobby) of Topeka and Josie Burke (Chuck) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Elena, Olivia Newell, Grant Goodaker, Breckyn Carr, Raelyn Graham, Charlie, Halle and Quincy Burke; his siblings, Richard Bergmann of Salina, Paul Bergmann of Cawker City, Dennis Bergmann (Annie) of Concordia, Donnie Bergmann (Pat) of Beloit, Michele Coffman (Byron) of Winfield and Marlene Giebler of Nixa; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Miller of Glasco and Rhona Cash (Jim) of Shawnee.
