He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Mary Kearney (Gonnering) and John Thomas Kearney of Belpre, Kansas.; and his siblings, John Patrick Kearney and Mary Kathleen Sculley. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Michelle of Silver Spring and Kristen Louise (Spencer) of Spring Hill, Kansas; his wife Louise Kearney of McPherson, Kansas; his grandchildren, James Daniel, Irena Louise, Joseph Thomas and Luke Alexander Nolan of Spring Hill, Kansas; and his brother David Kearney of Larned, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church; Hospice House of Reno County; or the National Brain Tumor Society, and they can be sent in care of the Glidden-Ediger Funeral Home, 222 West Euclid Street, McPherson, Kansas 67460.
