He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Herman and Lydia Emma Heine (Martens); and his sister Ruth Roberson. He is survived by: his children, Greg Heine (Melissa) of Bel Aire, KS and Ramona Rafferty of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Cassandra Heine and Keenan Heine; and his brother Wilford Heine of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
