He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinnal Putnam and Della Putnam (House); and his siblings, Jackie Putnam and Delena Houser. He is survived by: his children, Gary Putnam (Tiffany) and Donita Barlow (Chuck); and his siblings, Merlin Putnam and Lorene Putnam. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Nicol Home and may be left in care of the funeral home.
