He was predeceased by: his parents, David Comfort and Sheila Comfort (Baker); and his brothers, Doug and Mitch. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Comfort (Tasker); his stepchildren, Brandy Jeglum and Brooks Olivier; his grandchildren, Everly and Mason; his siblings, Mike and Julie McCullick (Eric); his sisters-in-law, Sharon and Louise; his uncle Brad Comfort (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Russell Tasker (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wells Community Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family to assist with Jeff's medical expenses and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
