He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lutz and Mabel Lutz (Phelps); his brothers, Marvin Lutz and Roger Lutz; and his brother-in-law Jack Lona.
He is survived by: his son Matt Lutz (Christine) of St. Louis; his stepchildren, Sherri Scheideman (Kyle) of Berryton and Kevin Stous (Nancy) of Berryton; his grandchildren, Shelbi (Rusty), Baylie, Abby, Mia and Nolan; and his siblings, Alan Lutz (Nina) of Orange County and Karen Lona of Sunset Beach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
