She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul K. Roberts and Lela L. Roberts (Freeborn); her husband Wesley Nelson; her son Dean; her siblings, P. K. Roberts and Darlene; and her brother-in-law Robert Bruna.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Kane (Craig); her daughter-in-law Maureen Nelson; her sister-in-law Elaine Roberts; her grandchildren, Shannon Montgomery, Shane Montgomery, Shelby Montgomery, Megan Urban, Jordy Nelson, Jess Urban, Nikki Nelson, Chris Kane (Kathy) and David Kane (Charisse); and her nieces and nephews, Randy Roberts, Ron Stone, Bob Stone, Linda Mathis, Barbara McAlister (Al) and Judy Weakland (Kevin). She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.

She belonged to the Church Circle, RSVP and the lunch bunch.
