He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy DeShazer (Lindsey) and Justin DeShazer (Claire); his grandchildren, Caden, Ethan, Natalie and Wyatt; his siblings, Clark DeShazer and Rhonda DeShazer; his nephews, Jermaine, Tristen and Bishop; and his great-nieces, Lily, Aaliyah and Jasmain.
