He was predeceased by : his parents, John Ball and Coralee Ann Ball (Lewis); his brother Patrick Ball; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ball. He is survived by : his wife Linda Koci; his siblings, Richard Ball of Junction City, Michael Ball (Coleen) of Hillsboro, David Ball of Manhattan, Kansas, Candace Cobb (John) of Lawrence and Crystal Miller (David) of Winfield, Kansas; and his stepsiblings, Iver Tokoi of Abilene, Kansas and Amanda Hilfiger (Tim).
