He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bresee and Ruth Doan Bresee. He is survived by: his wife Kate; his children, Melissa Cowen, Brandy Bresee, Gini Bresee and Dennis Bresee; and his siblings, Mark Bresee, Sherri Sanders and Hattie Miller. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (319 W Chestnut St, Mound City, KS 66056). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
