It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clayton Claude Wolfe in Bonner Springs, Kansas, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wolfe and Louise Wolfe (Hagen); his brother Don; his stepsister Jeanne Grame; his daughter Nancy Henry; and his son-in-law Frank Bova.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Lyness; his daughters, Janet Bova and Claudia Mills; his sons-in-law, Calvin Henry and Steve Mills; and his grandchildren, Kristen Dayo (Kevin), Lauren Bova (Lindsay), Jeremy Henry, Emily Henry, Aaron Mills (Ann Herrmann), Cody Henry (Marnie) and Tyler Mills (Samantha). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Clayton's honor to the Bonner Springs United Methodist Church, the Bonner Springs Public Library, the KSU Foundation, and the Lake of the Forest Clayton Wolfe Memorial Fund.
