She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy Hays. She is survived by: her husband Bob Culbertson; her child Kim Hays of Modesto; and her grandchildren, Mark Ackerman of Modesto and Ash.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Leavenworth National Va Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Kansas City Hospice in Donna's honor.
