She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wes, Ken, Laura, Mary and Joan.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Hoffine; her sons, Steve Hoffine (Michelle) of Olathe, Kansas, Jerry Hoffine (Kristi) of Bonner Springs, Kansas and Mike Hoffine (Allison) of Paola, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Nick, Haley, Hayden, Hallie, Hoyt, Lane and Archer; and her great grandchildren, Cairo, Jadelle, Carter and Matthias.
