Mike Skrljac Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mike Skrljac of Bonner Springs, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2026 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mike Skrljac to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Petar Skrljac and Ana Skrljac (Milasinovic); his siblings, Tomo Skrljac and Marija Dodik; his siblings-in-law, Nada Skrljac and Vojin Dodik; and his great grandchild Kambrie Vardijan.

He is survived by: his wife Katy (Katica Spancic); his children, Nancy Vardijan (Frank) and Tom Skrljac (Denise); his grandchildren, Frank Ivan Vardijan (Ashley), Jennifer McLain (Ian), Cassandra Skrljac, Joseph Skrljac (Samantha), Elisabeth Skrljac (Dylan Pendleton) and Matthew Skrljac (Shelden Moon); and his great grandchildren, Kensley Vardijan, Kaelyn Vardijan, Silas Skrljac, Nora Skrljac, Sutton Skrljac, Paisley Pendleton, Kylee Vardijan, Kelsyn Vardijan, Kamryn Vardijan, Arthur McLain and Lucy McLain. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Church, Villa St. Francis in Olathe, and Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care.
