Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose Steinbacher of Bonner Springs, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 21, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoag and Frances Hoag; her siblings, Bob, Eugene, Louis Hoag, Barbara Roberts, Thresa Ehrhart and Helen Hobbs; and her siblings-in-law, Rosemarie, Carrie, Rita Hoag, Floyd Hobbs and Terry Ehrhart.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Steinbacher; her children, Diane Stockhoff (Brad) of Basehor, Kansas, Gene Steinbacher (Jacquie) of Wamego, Kansas, Barbara Sosebee of Kansas City, Missouri, John Steinbacher (Michele) of Wichita, Kansas, Joe Steinbacher (Marie Baxter) of Bonner Springs, Kansas, Greg Steinbacher (Elizabeth) of Shawnee, Kansas, Dan Steinbacher (Kim) of Olathe, Kansas, Mary Koeberl (Craig) of Gardner, Kansas and Andrew Steinbacher (Amanda) of Fairway, Kansas; her brothers, Gil Hoag of Bonner Springs and Jim Hoag of Toronto, Kansas; and her siblings-in-law, Roger Roberts and Sally Hoag. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
The family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to Catholic Communities Hospice or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
