It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Maxwell of Bonner Springs, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Little Danny Maxwell (Danny "DJ" Maxwell); and her siblings, Dickie "Hutch" Hudgins and Brenda Joyce Hudgins Cartwright. She is survived by: her son Cody Maxwell; and her sisters, Beverly Rowan (Bub) of Fort Gibson, OK and Debbie Dick of Bartlesville, OK.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alden Harrington Funeral Home (214 Oak St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the Glenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests those memorial contributions be made to assist with funeral expenses in care of the Alden-Harrington Funeral Home.
