He was predeceased by: his parents, Agatha Religa (Miszczak) and Michael Religa; his daughter-in-law Ann Religa (Mark); and his brother Michael Religa. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sister Mary Allbaugh (Jim) of Shawano, WI; his children, Julie Lushbough (Chip) of Blue Springs, MO, Mark Religa of Goessel, KS and Kevin Religa (Susan) of Manhattan, KS; and his grandchildren, Bryan Lushbough (Abbey), Madison Lushbough, Brandon Religa, Hannah Religa and Lane Religa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mount Calvary Cemetery, Brookville.
