With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amanda Ellen Dick of Buhler, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Amanda Ellen leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Amanda Ellen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Grove and Katie Grove (Eshleman). She is survived by: her sons, Keith Dick of Baldwin City, Gary Dick (Becky) of Baldwin City and Greg Dick (Beverly) of Lawrence. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buhler Mortuary (120 N Main St, Buhler, KS 67522). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Buhler Municipal Cemetery. A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Buhler Mennonite Church (220 W Ave B, Buhler, KS 67522).
