He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" S. Angell and Norma M. Angell (Scott); and his siblings, Kenneth Angell and Ellen Angell. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Angell (Aitken); his children, Francine Angell-Holland (Jason) of Wichita and Col. Brian C. Angell; his stepson Christopher Ward (Julie) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Aaron Brooks (Sydney), Bradley Acree, Brock Angell, Chase Angell, Joel Ward and Autumn Ward; and his great grandchild Juliete Brooks.
