We bid farewell to Charlotte A. Shaffer of Bunker Hill, Kansas, born in Salina, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 21, 2024 at the age of 93. Charlotte touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Powell and Goldie Powell (Anderson); her husband Everett Ralph Shaffer; and her sister Barbara Sykes. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Blanke (Michael) of Russell; her pet Rover; and her brother-in-law Lowell Sykes. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
A memorial has been established with the First Congregational Church.
