She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Garber and Ruth Garber (Sudden); and her siblings, Flo Thomas of Oklahoma City, OK, Alvin and Norman Garber.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Johnny Reynolds, Sr. and LeRoy Hipsher; her husband Delbert Dwaine Jones; her children, Johnny Reynolds, Jr. (Debbie) of Wichita, Debbie Peetoom (Frederick Abel, Jr.) of Leon, Brenda Green (Mike) of Oklahoma City, OK and James Hipsher (Crystal) of Burden; and her siblings, Arthur Garber of Missouri and Hope Garber of Medicine Lodge.
A memorial has been established in Billie's name for the Burden United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
