She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Goodrich and Clara Goodrich (King); her husband Orville Leonard Bair; her daughter Rita Wasinger; her siblings, Betty Franks and Jim Goodrich; her son-in-law Rick Fraley; her granddaughter Kimberly Raftopoulos; and her grandson-in-law TJ Prater.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Bair (Kim) of Burden, Linda Raftopoulos (Roulie) of Wichita and Melissa Fraley of Burden; her son-in-law Darrell Wasinger of Winfield; and her grandchildren, Leticia, Gina, Sarah, Susan, Stacie, Shelly, Eric, Sheena, Michelle, Tiffany, Tara, Tami and Riley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in Eleanor's name to the Legacy Regional Foundation for the benefit of the Orville Bair Family Scholarship. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
