He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Butler; his children, Katherine Anne Kalan, Cheryl Therese Daman (Dean), Emory "Jim" Lewis, Jr., Melanie Doubiany Friedman (Jason) and Heather Jeannine Turner (Dennis); his siblings, Donald Gene Lewis, Virginia Ann Atkins and Marilyn Sue Plain; his grandchild Lacie Anne Surratt (Jeff); and his siblings, Erin Louise Strabala (Christian), Daniel James Daman (Anna), Nathan Duane Turner (Justine), Nadia Hannan Doubiany (Kyle Tester), Sophie Michaela Knighton (Shawn), Julie Christine Barkalow (Christopher), Noelle Hayatt Doubiany, Michael James Lewis, Sarah Jean Kirby (Dave), Max Louis Friedman and Grace Helen Friedman.
