She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Seibert and Lucy Seibert (Sherman); and her brother Michael Seibert. She is survived by: her husband William Young of Burden; her sons, Alan Young (Jessica) of Winfield and Scott Young (Tonylyn) of Wichita; her siblings, Kathy Robinson of Cumberland, MD, Ruth Ann Northcraft of Cumberland, MD and Joseph Seibert of Cumberland, MD; and her grandchildren, Samuel, Sophie, Lucie, Daniel, Avery, Alexis and Aaliyah.
A memorial has been established in Norma's name for the American Legion Post 10. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
