It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randolph M. Hall of Burden, Kansas, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Hall and Loettia Hall (Montgomery); his wife Ellen Jill Cantor; and his sister Bonnie Koster. He is survived by : his children, Heather Hall-Willard (Joseph) and Arron Taylor; his grandchildren, Reese, Lucas and Elliot; and his brother Tim Weaver.
