She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Milton Eakin and Rita Kathleen Eakin (Ragle); her husband Eldred Myron Lewis; and her siblings, Dwight Edwin Eakin, Aurelia Moyer and Elaine Barnes.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven L. Lewis (Deborah) of Larned, KS and Michael D. Lewis (Shelley) of Rio Rancho, NM; her sister Linda Schelhaas; her grandchildren, Aaron Lewis of Rio Rancho, NM, Ryan Lewis (Kandice) of Rio Rancho, NM and Staci Lewis-Sousa (Chance) of Rio Rancho, NM; her great grandchildren, Memphis Lewis and Tytan Lewis; her stepgranddaughter Virginia Griffin (David) of Larned, KS; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan Banman of Chicago, IL, Rebecca Griffin (Christian) of New Salisbury, IN, Victoria Griffin of Larned, KS and Jezlynn Griffin of Larned, KS..
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Browns Grove Cemetery (1294 350th Ave, Burdett, KS 67523).
