He is survived by: his wife Valorie; his children, William Leon Lockhart (Jennifer) of Oklahoma City, OK, Brenda Joan Rodman of Chanute, KS, Brian Lee Lockhart and Allen Eugene Lockhart of Michigan Valley, KS; and his brother Allen Dean Lockhart (Pame). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
