He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Nickel, Jr. and Grace A. Nickel (Gilmore); and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Merrill; his children, Craig Nickel (Crystal) of LeRoy and Karen Mitchell (Mike) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Courtney Nickel of LeRoy, Thomas Nickel (Josie) of Burlington, Cyrus and Charley Nickel of LeRoy; and his great grandchildren, Gage, Chevy Nickel of LeRoy and Hazel Nickel of Burlington.
