He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer F. Scarlett and Olive L. Scarlett (Gilliland); and his brothers, Richard Scarlett (Phyllis), Irvin Scarlett (Meda), Warren Scarlett and Donald Scarlett.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce K. Williams; his children, Troy Scarlett (Mechelle) of Goddard, Julie Scarlett of Burlington, Carrie Parrott (Roy) of Lopatcong, NJ and Pamela Hatch (Donald) of Burlington; and his sister-in-law Janell Scarlett. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
