He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Lisa Murphy of Minden, LA; his grandchildren, Michelle Durden (Jerame) of Minden, LA, David Murphy, III (Melanie), Joseph Murphy (Caroline) of Bossier City, LA, Dr. Katherine Baldwin (William) of Shreveport, LA and Benjamin Murphy (Adlen) of Minden, LA; his sister-in-law Jayne Pearson (Ron) of Burlington, KS; and his nieces, Susan Harwell (Pat) of Shreveport, LA, Sarah Rice (Ethan) and Deana Barbour (Cory) of Gardner, KS. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
