We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2023, at the age of 67, Penny Keithley of Burlington, Kansas, born in Long Beach, California passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Penny Keithley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Keithley and Kate Keithley (Wright); her stepfather Clark Gifford; and her brother-in-law Mike Schmidt. She is survived by : her children, Brett Hill and Sherry Hill; her grandchildren, Kobe Hill, Eric McCullough, Tyler McCullough and Destiny Hill; her siblings, Bob Gifford (Melissa) and Debby Schmidt; and her nieces and nephews, Megan Schmidt, Kayla Schmidt, James Schmidt and Chris Hegwald. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
