He was predeceased by: his mother Alta Steffens. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his son Brian Steffens (Kerri Hugunin); and his grandchildren, Erika Steffens (Augustus Farthing) of Burlington and Ty Steffens of Burlington.
