It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Brooks of Burlington, Kansas, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Hollin Brooks and Helen Brooks; his brother Hollin; his uncle Lock Martin; his family, Gary Brooks of Ada, Sean Brooks (Elizabeth) of San Francisco and Jeanine Brooks (Roger Schmidt) of Sitka, Alaska.; and his grandchildren, Elise Brooks, Maren Brooks, Anja Brooks-Schmidt and Mina Brooks-Schmidt.
