She was predeceased by: her father Everett Michael Carr; her husband Travis Powell Sullivan (Earl); her children, James Sullivan and Tracie Roseann Ginest; her sisters, Shirley Gibson, Georgia May and Davida Hedger; and her uncle Everett Fettis.
She is survived by: her mother Dorothy S. Fettis; her children, Cindy Lucille Marinchak (Mike), Michael Sullivan (Beverly) and Lorelei C. Sullivan; and her sister Fern Moots. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
