He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Thelma; his son Rusty; and his siblings-in-law, Linda and Marvin.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his son Tony (Sheryl); his daughter-in-law Kathy; his grandchildren, Blake Baker (Becki), Tisha Baker, Zach Baker (Christine), Jordan Baker (Emily), Jacob Baker (Makaila Chadwick), Nathan Baker (Sydney Alexander), Heather Lora (Ray) and Jace Crable; and his great grandchildren, Gena, Andrew, Karina, Eleanor, Halston, Hayes and Josie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Clearwater Public Library, 109 E Ross, Clearwater, KS 67026, to honor Russell's love of reading.
