She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Vest and Louise K. Gabel Vest; and her brother Don Vest. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Roelfs; her children, Julie Gattenby (Jeff) of Bison, KS and Bryan Roelfs (Tina) of Sterling, KS; her siblings, David Vest of Independence, KS and Mary Lou Vest of Bakersfield, CA; and her grandchildren, Megan and Sydney Roelfs.
Memorials may be given to St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana, in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
