He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert O. Steinert and Beatrice J. Steinert (Venus); his son Clinton Steinert; and his brother Jim Steinert. He is survived by: his wife Clydell Steinert; his sons, Craig Steinert (Tom Mulloy) of Kansas City, Curtis Steinert (Kim) of Lehigh and Cory Steinert (Traci) of Midlothian, Texas; his daughter-in-law Tina Steinert of Lyons; his siblings, Roger Steinert (Kay) of Leawood, Lloyd (Susan) of Merritt Island, Roy Steinert (Jeanette) of Wichita, Judy Schmidtberger (Paul) of Russell, Don Steinert (Jane) of Claflin and Mary Lou Steinert of Lawrence; his sister-in-law Cheryl Steinert of Lyons; his grandchildren, Cortney Schwarz (Jeff), Cayla, Casen, Cheyenne, Hadley and Hudson Steinert; and his great grandchild Conner Schwarz.
