He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer, Ruby Bell, Oscar and Waunetta Brott. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Bell and Patricia Brott Bell of Bushton, KS; his daughter Alyvia Bell of Hays, KS; and his siblings, Richard Bell (Lori) of El Dorado, KS, Jeff Bell (Cathy) of Bella Vista, AR and Becky Behnke (Steve) of Lyons, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
