She is survived by: her grandchildren, James Provencio, Ashley Prochaska (Clint), Sylvester Provencio, Renay Provencio and Johnny Provencio; her great grandchild J. J. Provencio; and her grandchildren, Marcus Provencio, Johnathan Provencio, Tim Stevenson, Ty Stevenson, Rosie Cameron, D. J. Cameron and Matteo Provencio.
