He is survived by: his mother Deborah Koch (Browning); his daughters, Jayd Allista Skyy and Charlie; his brothers, Chris and Jimmy Koch; and his aunts and uncles, Gail (Don Jerow), Pete (Priscilla Koch), Randy Koch, Jan Cohee, Jennifer Sturm, Ryan Sturm, Jaques (Shalan Williams) and J. T. (Bethany Browning). He is also survived by several cousins, extended family.
Memorials may be made to the "Jayd & Charlotte Koch Trust Fund" and sent in care of the mortuary.
