She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Grimes and Beatrice Grimes (Trowbridge); and her sister Carla Grimes. She is survived by: her husband George Edwin Frye; her sons, Bob Frye (Robin) of Council Grove, Steve Frye (Karon) of Niotaze, Dan Frye (Kim) of Moundridge and Mark Frye (Melissa) of Pawhuska, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Sara, Eric, Courtney, Brock, Caleb, Darienne, Brett, Evan and Braun; and her siblings, Donald "Don" Grimes (Pat) of Niotaze, Kansas and Marilyn Miller of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
