It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Newcomb of Caney, Kansas, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Newcomb to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Newcomb and Exnah Newcomb (Dunn); his wife Ellen Newcomb; his daughter Kim Lovelle; and his sisters, Sammy Grimes and Jackie Buttel.
He is survived by : his sons, Wayne Vaughn, Scott Newcomb and Troy Newcomb; and his siblings, Bill Newcomb and Faye Lovelle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials in Jerry's memory to Riding For The Brand Cowboy Church; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
